I can only say "another #claustrophobic parcour". Though I practised a bit and at least got past the first obstacle ;D You need to get between the borders of the spikes. While being in the "sliding" state which you can keep while climbing, your body hitbox is scaled down to one block.

its not a kaizo, its a "gli"zo (glitch) zone, but it is hard for it to be a kaizo! i cant even short jump for the 1st part!
