weird easy level I found

for context, I was searching for levels and I randomly found this, I couldn't find it 3 days after I found it but I had good enough memory to recreate atleast a bit of this rabbit hole, I'll update if I can. (this is an ARG. and it's my first, so expect the worst, idk)
