move right, ground pound on the spring before it falls down, you need to be over it slightly, hold space before you hit the spring but after level starts, you will jump high then, if you need more info, lmk

if you're stuck and don't understand what to do, watch my ghost, i pretty much speedran my level, it should make it very clear what you need to do
